Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for any unlawful activities is prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or similar dangerous pursuits is not allowed. Transporting hazardous materials or allowing unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. Adhering to passenger and weight limits is mandatory, as is operating within the agreed geographical boundaries.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Wellingborough is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months.
